Breach of these terms will
result in account closure
and all credits web sites
will be subject to
forfeiture. Users with
closed accounts are

Accounts found or reported
to be compromised will be
immediately locked. ASN Global is not
responsible for losses
incurred due to compromised

RULES- Failure to comply
with these rules can result
in an account being placed
on hold
Note: Additional
information may
be requested from you to
verify and approve your
account, such as a scanned
copy of your drivers license
and a bill or parcel of some
sort. This is VERY
rare. If you are placed
on hold, please contact our
support staff. Holds are
rare and can usually
be quickly lifted with
additional information from
you. The placement of
a hold does not mean you
will stay on hold and it has
NO effect on your payment
status. ALL documents
requested will need to be
sent in order to remove a
hold or verify your account
(if requested). All
sensitive information such
as important account
numbers, social security
numbers, etc, can be
blocked. We are only
interested in identification
and address verification and
the information will only
be used for that purpose.
This information can be
required to verify
information entered on this
network and is for the sole
purpose of the prevention of
fraud.
PRIVACY POLICY-
It is very simple.
Unless by compulsion of
law, we will NEVER,
sell, give, provide or

your name, address,
email, birth
date...

Each user must have their
own separate payment
account. All financial
bonuses are sent via email.
i.e. pay pal, alert pay
etc…You CANNOT share a
payment account with another

Do NOT use or provide
false information. Users
must create their own
account. Users are not
allowed, under any
circumstances, to register
or participate on behalf of
anyone other than
themselves. Enter your true
and correct information -
bogus birth dates will
result in a hold on your
account.
No
member is may copy and place
any affiliate partner link
onto any other site.

Unless is normal and
expected for the industry
i.e. car quotes, Do NOT
complete the same offer
twice, EVER! Partner
companies will consider it
fraud. such activity
subjects any user to
immediate cancellation of
their account, without
notice.
·
DO NOT
contact the advertiser
regarding issues of that
company not having given
credit for a trial or quote.
Their Customer Service
Representatives for these
companies do not have
record of "offer completion
crediting". If an
activity did not receive
credit, it is because in
it's completion, it did not
conform to their
requirements. i.e.
incomplete application,
service not available in
that country, invalid phone
number, etc... In this
event, it will not even be
in their system.
Consequently, the
representative will have no
available information on the
activity and no ability to
give you credit.
Remember, with trials and
quotes, be accurate, be
complete and use quotes for
the proper country.

Even if you have the
confirmation email, were
charged the $1 trial
deposit, successfully, and
have already received the
product, there is NO guarantee
of credit. On those
rare occasions that credit
is not given it is because
of it was because the trial
or quote had been previously
requested or ordered.
·
Don't use 123456 or qwerty
as your password, those are
common passwords that
scammers and fraudsters tend
to use! If you use them, we
may place your account on
hold until verification
legitimacy can be obtained.
Also, you will be required
to change it to a secure
password.
·
Only ONE account per person,
per IP address. No
exceptions!
·
Do NOT apply for offers and
quotes from other users
accounts. This can result in
IP address matches, and
result of credit for the
activity not being given by
the subject company. The
decision by the subject
company to deny credit is
FINAL and non appealable
Offers / Offer Credits
Although the vast majority
are approved by our partner
affiliates, There is NO
guarantee of approval.

A NON approved quote or
trial is usually the result
of their internal fraud
prevention function used to
detect violations or
insufficiencies ranging
from, incomplete forms,
insufficient information,
invalid phone numbers,
repeated quote, from wrong
country, improperly set
browser (cookies not
enabled), etc… Their
decision to deny credit is
final and will result in
credit for that offer or
quote being denied. It is
YOUR responsibility to make
sure that your activity is
completed, accurate and
comports with all
requirements. In any
event, the decision by the
subject company to deny
credit is FINAL and non
appealable.

Each user or site visitor
must complete his or her own
offer requirements. Users
may not use another persons
name or address when
completing offers.
·
ASN Global is not
responsible for requirements
or terms of advertisers
presented on this site.
Please review all advertiser
policies and terms before
completing an offer or
trial. ASN Global
is not responsible for any
contracts or charges
incurred by its users while
completing advertised
offers.

Users may NOT complete
an offer more than one time.
Multiple offer completions
of the same offer will
result in account closure
and forfeiture of bonuses.
If we are informed that a
user has completed the same
offer elsewhere, by our
publishers or partners, this
will result in immediate
account termination!

Offer credits are subject to
verification of the actual
completed requirements. ASN Global reserves
the right to refuse or
revoke credits for offer
completions for a number of
reasons, including but not
limited to, duplicate
completions, fraudulent
information, under age,
early cancellation, or
non-payment from
advertisers/publishers.
NO FRAUD ALLOWED!
we have a very
strong and strictly policy of fraud prevention.
The determination of
Fraud is usually the result of an activity being from...
WRONG COUNTRY; INVALID contact
information; or REPEATED Quotes
from same company.
Entering
Wrong Country applications, invalid information
or repeated quotes, is, considered by our
partners as an attempt to DEFRAUD
them. These types of activities can result in the termination of the
hundreds of valuable relationships that we have
forged with these partners. If this were to
happen, it would be destructive not just to ASN, but
to each and every one of our members.
Therefore, any member that engages in these
activities is subject to IMMEDIATE
TERMINATION without notice. Fraud simply will not tolerated.
·
Crediting time varies for
each offer completion,
specifically, travel
services can require 30 days
before the subject company
credits the purchase. ASN Global is not
liable for credit delays or
no credit situations. Users
may not always receive
credit for
completions due to
circumstances beyond our
control. Credits may be
refused as the result of,
but not limited to, the
following situations:
fraudulent
sign-up information, failure
to meet requirements, bad
credit card information, or
duplicate offer completions.

The
ASN Global does
not have access to any
information submitted to or
used by the advertisers of
completed trials, purchases
or quotes. (This is the
result of their own privacy
and security protocols).
If you have any questions
regarding the quality or
content of their services,
trials, quotes or products,
you must directly contact
them. We have absolutely no
direct information on any
their product or service
fulfillment.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
Federal Law requires that
the ASN Global
collect W9/W8 forms when a
user exceeds $600 or more in
gifts, bonuses, rewards, or
other compensation. In
the event when requested, a
user fails to provide a
completed W9/W8 form that
user will forfeit all future
bonuses and other
compensation.
Product Fulfillment

All orders are subject to
approval based on, but not
limited to, the following
requirements: correct/valid
account information, phone
verification (if requested),
offer and referral
requirements have been met,
and user does not have more
than one account.

Users must be sure to
provide correct contact and
shipping information to ASN Global or their
partners in order to receive
any earned or ordered
products or services. ASN Global is not
responsible for lost or
stolen shipments.

All financial bonuses are
sent via email. i.e. pay
pal, alert pay etc… It is YOUR responsibility
to ensure your correct email
address is entered into your
account. We are NOT
responsible for payments
sent to the wrong email
because of a failure to
enter the correct one.
Always DOUBLE check your
email.
Your Registration
Obligations
Account registration is
required in order to create
a ASN Global ID.
During registration, all
users are required to
provide accurate, complete
and current information
about themselves in all
required fields. Should any
of your own information
change after submitting it
to ASN Global,
you are hereby required to
update that information as
soon as possible. Should ASN Global suspect
that your personal
information is not complete,
current, or accurate, your
account may be subject to
suspension or termination.
ASN Global is not
intended for children under
the age of 18.

By registering an account on
ASN Global sites,
you agree to receive
occasional emails from us
regarding new programs,
marketing methods and other
beneficial and important
information. You may
opt-out of these occasional
emails AT ANY TIME by
clicking on the opt-out link
which is located at the
bottom of these emails.
You will be removed
immediately from receiving
any further emails the ASN Global.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and
hold ASNGlobal.com
and its owners, employees
and other partners, harmless
from any alleged damage,
loss, or expense, including
without limitation,
attorneys' fees and costs,
made by any third party due
to or arising out of your
content, your use of the
Service, your connection to
the Service, your violation
of the TOS, or your
violation of any rights of
another, whether you are a
registered user or not. The
user is solely responsible
for his or her actions when
using the Service,
including, but not limited
to, costs incurred for
Internet access, marketing
and offer or trial
completion.
Member Conduct
You understand that
maintenance of all personal
information (referral link(s),
contact information, etc...)
is your sole responsibility.
ASN Global is not
responsible for lost
referrals due to incorrect
referral links. Please
double check your links
before undertaking any
marketing efforts.

Spamming is not permitted
nor tolerated in any form.
All reports of spamming will
be investigated and may
result in account closure
and forfeiture of all forms
of bonuses.
Termination
ASN Global may
suspend or terminate your
use of the Web Site or ASN Global Services
if it believes, in its sole
and absolute discretion,
that you have breached a
term of these TOS.

These Terms Of Service will
survive indefinitely unless
and until All
SolutionsNetwork.com chooses
to terminate or modify them.
Disclaimers and Exclusions
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES -

REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT

(ii) WILL BE FREE OF

REFUNDS
On any purchase made by you or an

provided, the following terms apply.
If said item is an
ASN fulfilled
product or service i.e. hosting, vitamins, pdf manuals, etc...if
that item is not exactly as described or accomplish it's stated
purpose, the purchaser is entitled to a full and immediate
refund within 30 days of the purchase.
Partner purchases, trials and
quotes
If, said purchase or trial was
made from one of our hundreds of affiliate companies that we
partner with i.e. Tigerdirect, Lugz, etc... the
purchaser/customer agrees to be bound by the specific terms of
use and refund policies of that particular company and will hold
ASN, its owners and employees harmless.
You, further
agree that
ASN Global will
not be held
responsible for the requirements, terms,
actions or inactions of the advertisers
presented on this site.
Please review all advertiser
policies and terms before
completing any offer, trial or
purchase. ASN Global
is not responsible for any
contracts or charges

Note: ASN endeavors to
partner with and continue relationships with only the most
reputable of companies. Companies of the highest
integrity and best reputation. In furtherance of this
goal, if we find that any company is not providing what was
promised or violating its own policies, it will be purged from
the the ASN network. However, the fact that a company has
had complaints lodged against it, is not sufficient for reason
for purging. Every online business gets complaints.
In today's day and age, the sullying a reputation could not be
easier. If you were to look for complaints against
companies you already know and trust, you would find thousands!
i.e. search "complaints against walmart or verizon". Even
we have been the subject of complaints. Mostly from
repeated submissions to multiple sites by disgruntled, fired
employees... one was even an ex husband from a 13 year divorce!
Others, were, in fact, legitimate and immediately rectified.
Unfortunately, complaints are a part of the internet.
