All point producing activities are REQUIRED to be input into the form below. It helps us automate and better track all of our member's activities and income.
You need ONLY to enter information into 3 Self explanatory boxes. The rest is automated.
After you hit submit the information will sent to our Internal Data Bases for end of month calculations.
Important Notes:
Directions for Point Input is simple.
a. In box 1 place the name of the subject company i.e. WalMart, Egiftsolutions, Site Maintenance, Consumerinfo, ehealthinsurance, etc...
b. In box 2 place the estimated point value of the activity.
c. copy and paste into box 3 the ENTIRE original confirmation email, receipt or confirmation webpage.
(to receive credit the ENTIRE original confirmation email of the ACTUAL trial, quote, product or service including the date and amount of purchase, (if applicable), MUST be included with the pasted information)
(simply place cursor on confirmation email or page, click on edit in the browser and click on "select all", Copy, then "paste" into box 3 ).
Final point calculations are not done until the end of the month.
a. At that time, point submissions are verified for accuracy. Inaccurate and duplicate inputs will be stricken or corrected as the case dictates.
b. Consequently, if your input of estimate of earned points is inaccurate, your actual monthly point total may be more or less than you have estimated. Please try to be accurate in your estimates. (General estimates of various point activities will be given below the submission form).

POINTS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE COMPLETE CONFIRMING EMAIL OR CONFIRMING WEBPAGE WILL NOT BE COUNTED
IMPORTANT NOTES:
ONE CREDIT PER QUOTE-- Please note that you accumulate points only for each original actual quote "REQUEST" made. Not for each quote that you RECEIVE from that original request. Realize that each individual quote request you make, can generate 4 or more actual quotes, for which no points are accumulated. This issue usually arises (but not exclusively), in the context of Insurance or Loan Quotes. So, please be certain that you submit ONLY the original confirmation email that shows you requested the quotes. NOT each quote that you may ultimately receive. (note, must provide accurate email, otherwise you will not receive a confirming email).
POINTS ARE ONLY ALLOTTED IF PURCHASE IS MADE FROM YOUR SITE-- i.e. You make a purchase today on your site or the resource center from Puritan's Pride. Points are alloted. Then you receive an email from them and you make a purchase from the email link. POINTS ARE NOT ALLOTED. Note: in almost every case, any special that you are emailed, is available if the purchase is made from your site.
POINTS ARE NOT ALLOTTED ON SEQUENTIAL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS-- i.e. You sign up for Comcast this month and earn 15 points. Next month, your bill comes in and you pay it. You DO NOT earn another 15 points. We allot points and pay commissions based on the money that our affiliates pay us. NONE of them pay on recurring subscriptsions. Therefore points are only allotted at the time you sign up for the service.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR WEBPAGE MUST BE SUBMITTED-- The original confirmation email or Confirming Webpage for the particular product or service, i.e. Consumerinfo, einsurance.com, Egiftsolutions4u.com, etc... Must Be Copied and Pasted into BOX 3, Below.
Without this email it is impossible to confirm the subject company, date of order or request or amount of order for proper point allocation.
This Confirmation Requirement is for the protection of our active members.
Without this requirement, it would be possible to have thousands of members, just placing the info into the submission form, thus submitting bogus information in an attempt to receive checks that they neither earned nor deserved.
The ultimate impact would be that money would be taken out of your pocket. This type of activity could easily dilute the amount of each share of each Infinity Fund and hugely diminish the income of all active members. This requirement prevents this type of abuse.

Following are Point Approximations for some of our Paid Corporate Affiliate
and ASN Products and Services.
Remember Point totals for Paid Products or Services are determined by the points allotted per each retail dollar paid. For example:
1-30 means that for increment of $30 RETAIL paid, 1 point is earned. So, $40 retail earns 1 point. $5 retail would earn 0.
8-25 means 8 points for each $25 retail spent. So, a $30 purchase would earn 8 points.
